Spudz Property Services came and cleaned a dryer vent and washed the outside of the windows at an apartment building I own. The company is locally owned. Kelly and Andrew were friendly, prompt and reasonably priced. They even cleaned up and put the dryer vent back together for me! Hassle free! I'd definitely have them back! Excellent job!
